Emotional Management-Techniques of mind control

The course focuses on teaching techniques to train the mind to overcome negative emotional pressure and stress and conflict in personal life so as to stay goal-centred and attain success in one's life.

1. The theory of the mind, inducing self hypnosis easily on self and others

2. Improving communication skills and understanding different perspectives, practised with fellow students

3. Removing self-doubts and negative thinking pattern, controlling undesirable and/or impulsive behaviour- practised on self and others
