through programming.
By learning recognized
standard computer
programming language(s),
student will
be able to:

mathematical
calculations
- Exploit
the massive-compact
storeage
capacity,
fast accurate
processing
and generate
desiredly
formatted
reports
from raw
data.
- Create
his own
programmes
to accomplish
specific
calculations
and other
computational
tasks
- Translate
mathematically
formulated
problem(s)
into amenable
computer
programmes
- Effectively
use the
available
software
such as
spreadsheets,
graphic
packages
and scientific
computing
packages,
e.g. SAS,
SPSS and
MATHLAB
