essential; for
a student to
be aware of themselves
and the ways
in which they
deal with the
challenges of
their everyday
life. This is
very important
in order to be
able to cope
and work effectively,
as well as for
the personal,
family and the
organizational
well being. Most
individual recognize
this and the
growing need
to invest in
this.
Objectives:
- Understand
own
strength
and
weaknesses
and
learn
to
understand
others.
- Acquire
knowledge
about interpersonal
and intrapersonal
relations.
- Understand
specific
aspects
of self
causing
stress.
- Understand the
effects of stress
on the individual
and ways to manage
it.
Duration
of the Course:
Two Lectures
every week of
two hours each
for three months.
