The work plan given out by the teacher at the Orientation programme will keep the students informed about the component missed in case of their absence. Students will be required to make the effort to catch up with the rest of the class when they resume classes after a period of absence and adjust to its pace rather than expect the class to adjust to theirs. Punctuality is valued in SFIL and students will not be permitted to enter a class after 15 minutes of the commencement of the class.

College Discipline

The School and College reserve the right to take disciplinary action against any student found violating College discipline. This includes expulsion from the Course/College and rustication from the University.

SFIL is under the purview of the College Complaints Committee, constituted under the provisions of Ordinance XV (D) of the University of Delhi, for the Prohibition of and Punishment for Sexual Harassment in the Work Place.

SFIL does not issue certificates of bona fide, character and suchlike to students admitted to part-time courses.

Examination forms and deadlines

The calendar for filling examination forms and fees will be notified on the Notice Board of the SFIL. It will be deemed the students responsibility to ensure that exam forms are completed, fees paid and roll numbers collected well in time to appear in the examination.
