Ramjas College Launches Free Online Pre-Application for Admissions 2009

Ramjas College, one of the premier Colleges of Delhi University, launches Free Online Pre-Application for Admissions 2009 intake. Continuing the trend of technological innovation, Ramjas becomes the first college in Delhi University to offer web based free pre-application form.

"The Ramjas College has been at the forefront of adopting latest methods and technologies at different education levels. A unique Student Information Management System was launched about 2 years ago, which has truly helped college's administration staff in information management allowing students to access their academic information at any time at any place in a secured manner. The Free Online Application Form is just another step towards it which will ensure a unique experience for all the interested students right from beginning of admission process." says Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Principal of Ramjas College.

He further added "Ramjas College became the first DU College to be selected by the International Education of Students (IES), USA, for student and faculty exchange programme. We have already introduced faculty exchange programme last year, this year we plan to implement it for students as well."

The online pre-application form involves 4 easy steps allowing students to fill in their personal details and select the courses. Finally each applicant will receive an acknowledgement receipt with a unique receipt number. Students will take printout of this receipt and bring it along for admission after cutoff lists are declared. It also allows students to fill in their email id and receive the admission cutoffs lists for different courses on their email id. The free online pre-application form has been launched in collaboration with LearnHub.com, an online social learning platform, run by Savvica Inc., a Canadian company.
