Sealed Quotations are invited from distributors / suppliers / retailers registered with the University of Delhi / DGS&D Suppliers or with other Govt. Agencies / PSUS / Autonomous Bodies / Non-Profitable Charitable Trusts / Societies for (1) supply of Multimedia Projectors for Class Rooms (2) EPABX Systems (3) Laptops (4) Computers (5) Printers (6) Scanners (7) UPS. The number of projectors, computers, printers, scanners, laptops & their specifications can be downloaded from the College website www.ramjascollege.edu and a crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 1000/- each in favour of the Principal, Ramjas College, Delhi should be submitted towards the tender document cost / fee alongwith earnest money of Rs. 25,000/- each for goods mentioned above & Rs. 10,000/- for EPABX respectively.
The last date for submission of sealed quotations is within three weeks from the date of publication. The Principal reserves the right to cancel any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever. Further clarification/details of the items/ goods can be obtained from the Administrative Officer during Office hours on working days. |

CORRIGENDUM
Please note that the earnest money of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lacs only) should be submitted for the tender of Laptops and Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand only) for Scanners. Tender form for the above items may be downloaded from the College website: www.ramjascollege.edu. One may submit one tender form for all the items alongwith requisite earnest money calculated as above.

The last date for submission of tender / quotations is 4th September 2009 till 2:00 p.m.
To ensure due performance of the contract, performance guarantee @ 10% of the value of the contact will be obtained from the successful bidder awarded the contract and shall remain with the College for a period of atleast six months beyond the date of completion of contract.
Earnest money deposit will be refunded to the successful bidder on receipt of performance guarantee/security and to others within 3 months from the date of opening of the tender.
Further clarification/details of the items/goods can be obtained from the Administrative Officer during Office hours on working days.
