Physical Education

The Department admits students on the basis of proficiency in sports in various courses offered by the College. The students are encouraged to participate in various games at Zonal, Inter-Zonal district, National and International level. There are very good facilities in game like Foot-Ball, Volley-Ball, Lawn-Tennis, Table-Tennis, Cricket, Bad-Minton, and Archery. The Department utilizes the facilities for swimming, Korf Ball and shooting available in different Colleges. The students participate in various games at the University and Inter-University level. Many of our students have won laurels in the field of sports. The Department also recreated the 'Boys Common Room' meant for boys and girls, where facilities are available for indoor games. The Departments also invites experts in Judo and Karate to teach these arts to the students.
