Alumni

Ramjas College organised its second Gala Alumni Meet on March 13th, 2004 at 7 p.m. in the College Lawns. Attended by about 500 guests, the occasion also marked the felicitation ceremony of Sh Ram Kanwar Gupta, Vice Chairman, Governing Body, Ramjas College. The evening saw the college awash with light amidst enchanting festivities.
Shri Gupta recently completed over fifty years of service as a member of the Governing Body of the College. All those connected with the College are aware of his immeasurable contribution to its success.

All at Ramjas salute Shri Ram Kanwar Gupta.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

Ramjas launched the Alumni Association in order to provide opportunities for the Ramjas extended family to interact at various levels.

Old students of the College are today spread across the globe. The association has been founded in response to an often voiced request for a well-linked network of alumni. The purpose is to maintain continuity and connectedness among all students old and new so that all may benefit from each others resources.

The first ever Alumni-meet of the college was thus organised on 17 January 2002 and was a run-away success with over 400 registrations on a single day. People who attended the meet came from as far back as the 1950s. The re-union was celebrated with dinner, sale of college mementos and fire crackers to provide a spark to the already illuminated environment.

Note: After registration you are requested to send a DD/Cheque for Rs. 200/- in favour of "Ramjas College Alm/Ac" payable at Delhi. Overseas alumnus may attach DD/Cheque/Pay order of $20. For outstation cheques add Rs. 20/-. Registration shall be confirmed only on receipt of DD/Cheque/Pay Order.
